If you wish to delete your MomoPay Online Bank account, please follow the steps outlined below. Keep in mind that deleting your account will result in the permanent removal of all your data, transaction history, and associated services.
Step-by-Step Account Deletion Process:
Log In to Your MomoPay Account:
- Open the MomoPay Online Bank app or visit https://momopay.online.
- Enter your login credentials to access your account.
Backup Important Information (Optional but Recommended):
- Before deleting your account, make sure to download any important transaction records or account information you might need in the future. Once your account is deleted, this data will no longer be accessible.
Submit an Account Deletion Request:
- To proceed with deleting your account, you’ll need to submit a formal request to MomoPay's support team.
- Click the following link to submit a support ticket: Submit Ticket for Account Deletion.
- In the ticket form, select "Account Deletion" from the dropdown menu, and provide any additional details to support your request.
Confirmation of Deletion Request:
- Once your request has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email from MomoPay support. The email will contain further instructions or clarification if needed.
- For security purposes, we may ask for identity verification before processing the deletion request.
Account Deletion Completion:
- After verification, your account will be scheduled for deletion. You will be notified once the process is complete.
- Note that the account deletion process may take up to 7 business days to finalize.
